We are excited to share that Bruce Perkin will be showing his photography in Capturing the Light: The Art of Photography. Bruce’s work reflects a keen eye for detail and a deep appreciation of the beauty that surrounds us. His images invite viewers to pause, look closer, and experience the world through his lens.

Bruce will be present at the Opening Reception on Friday, September 12, from 5:30 to 8 PM, where guests will have the opportunity to meet him, ask questions, and hear more about the stories behind his photographs.

Bruce has had a keen interest in photography since his teenage years.  Never a professional photographer, he but kept up with the best equipment and collaboration with other photographers.  Since childhood he has always enjoyed the outdoors and is drawn to scenic photography.  Throughout his career he took considerable time off to travel the back-country on foot or by oars and paddles or by 4 wheel drive or airplane to enjoy and photograph outdoors.  Bruce retired to Red Bluff in 1995.
