The Tehama County Arts Council is proud to present Capturing the Light: The Art of Photography, showcasing the work of talented local photographers, including Bob McConnell.

Bob discovered his passion for photography in 2004 with guidance from Bob Grace. After retiring from the Navy and working as a Software Engineer, he began photographing events at Ide Adobe State Park, which led to portrait work and a love of landscapes and documenting downtown Red Bluff’s architecture. His work has earned recognition, including Best in Show at the North Valley Leagues contest.

Bob currently serves as president of the Tehama County Photo Club and volunteers with the Tehama County Arts Council. He is thrilled to share his vision and celebrate the art of photography at this special show.

Reception: Friday, September 12th, 5:30–8:00 PM. Come meet the artists and enjoy an evening of photography and community!
