Step-by-Step: Using the Interactive In/Out Form 2025

Go to the Artist Call page on our website.
Click the In/Out Form button.
When the PDF opens, download it to your device.
Open the PDF in a PDF reader (Adobe Acrobat Reader, Apple Preview, or a modern browser).
Type into the fillable fields. Required items are labeled, and key fields like email have extra space so everything fits.
Save your completed form to your device.
Print the completed form and bring it with your artwork for check-in.
Prefer to handwrite?
Print the PDF blank.
Print neatly in the provided spaces. The fields are sized to allow clear, handwritten entries.
Notes and troubleshooting
If you cannot type in the fields, open the file in Adobe Acrobat Reader or another up-to-date PDF app.
If your typed entries do not appear on paper, choose Print from your PDF app (do not use a screenshot), then print again.
We are testing this during the Capturing the Light show. If you spot any problems, please let staff know at check-in so we can fix them.
